Chad Underwood makes custom guitars that are true to the classic 50s and 60s Fullerton designs, complete with a worn-in feel with very convincing aging and relicing.  Chad also adds in a degree of modern functionality that gives you best of both vintage appeal and up-to-date playability. Each guitar Chad makes is custom built for the customer. Since you're not limited to having to choose from original specs, you can order whatever you want right down to the smallest detail. These instruments are highly  prized by top players. All Chad's finish work is done by hand and is very thin. His weather-checking process is unmatched. This particular specimen is extremely rare in that it's one of the very early guitars Chad made that has Fender decals on is. Emulating a '57 Strat, is has an ash body, maple neck and fretboard, a "V" shape neck carve, pickups with staggered pole pieces, and a 3 position pickup selector. This is one great player at a fraction of the cost of Fender Custom Shop relics and given their high-desirability, it won't last long, so act fast! Sunburst finish. Hardshell case included.
