ES-335 adds solid body thinking with a thinner, double cutaway body and a solid maple block through the center. This design in conjunction with two '57 Classic humbucking pickups, provides the versatile, warm, full-bodied tone that has made the ES-335 a staple in all styles of music.

All hardware is nickel, and there's a classic ABR-1 bridge with a lightweight aluminum stopbar tailpiece. Scale length is 24 3/4 inches with a 1 11/16-inch nut width. Grover kidney-shaped tuners, powerful '57 Classic humbucking pickups, two volume pots, two tone pots, and a three-way pickup selector switch.
