The Sigma SDR-35 acoustic guitar, produced in Korea from approximately 1984 to 1994, is a dreadnought-style instrument designed as a high-quality, affordable alternative to the Martin D-35, commissioned by C.F. Martin & Co. It features a solid Sitka spruce top for bright, resonant tone and a three-piece solid Indian rosewood back with solid Indian rosewood sides, delivering rich, warm tonal warmth with strong projection and punchy mids. The mahogany neck, with a low-profile shape, ensures comfortable playability, while the ebony fretboard and bridge enhance clarity and sustain. This guitar plays and sounds fantastic with nice low action and only minor signs of use.
